Refund policy

Due to the potential tampering of TCG products. We do not accept returns/ refunds on any product; all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of Mind.

For Rip and Ship items. all items opened on stream are the liability of the buyer. no change of mind will be accepted if the product is already opened. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
